The evaluation of LPJP Amdal PT Tanaya Artha Gautama in Samarinda City, East Kalimantan Province, was conducted by the Central Team for the Facilitation of Environmental Instrument Standards Implementation (Pusfaster), which included Pratiara, Wandi Try Karya Utama, Mansur, and Irfansyah Diangga Yusuf Nugraha. The team from PT Tanaya Artha Gautama included Adie Nugroho (Director), Nina Hendraswari (Head of Quality Control and permanent KTPA staff), and Suprihatin (permanent KTPA staff). PT Tanaya Artha Gautama is registered with Pusfaster, KLHK, under registration number 0235/LPJ/AMDAL-1/LRK/KLHK.
The scope of activities for LPJP Amdal PT Tanaya Artha Gautama includes the preparation of AMDAL documents, monitoring of RKL-RPL, SPPL, UKL-UPL, DELH, DPLH, AMDAL ADDENDUM (ANDAL, RKL, and RPL), and Technical Approvals. The operational scope of PT Tanaya Artha Gautama is nationwide. Since its registration on December 29, 2021, LPJP Amdal PT Tanaya Artha Gautama has been in the process of completing one AMDAL document and four AMDAL Addendums. The preparation of AMDAL documents involves certified permanent KTPA and ATPA personnel as the Team Leader and Team Members. Currently, LPJP Amdal PT Tanaya Artha Gautama has two certified permanent KTPA staff and two certified permanent ATPA staff. LPJP AMDAL PT Tanaya Artha Gautama has met the substantive requirements of Ministerial Regulation LHK No. 18 of 2021 concerning Competency Certification for Environmental Impact Analysis, Environmental Impact Analysis Service Providers, and Environmental Feasibility Tests.
The preparation of AMDAL documents by LPJP Amdal PT Tanaya Artha Gautama has been conducted with attention to document quality aspects as stipulated in Annex II of Government Regulation No. 22 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Environmental Protection and Management, which includes:
